Mr. Veer, the learned counsel submits that, the advertisement dated 10th March, 2015 published by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to the extent of calling applications for the post of Assistant Professor Agriculture (Botany) subject from open category be quashed and set aside.

Mr. Sawant, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 to 6 states that, the advertisement issued is not in respect of the post which was held by the applicant/petitioner. No advertisement is

In the light of the above, the civil application stands disposed of. No costs.
