Issue notice to respondents. Mr.S.G.Karlekar, learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 and learned counsel Mrs.Vaishali S. Chaudhari accepts notice for respondent no.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in first year B.Sc. Nursing. Her examination form is not being accepted on the ground that validity certificate is not submittd.

Respondent No.4-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 4th April, 2018.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not refuse to accept examination form of the petitioner and shall not withhold the results of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
