This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 144 days caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Application ESI No.03/2013 by the learned Employees State Insurance Court, Aurangabad. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the delay caused in filing the appeal is unintentional. Because of the administrative exigencies the appeal could not be filed in time.

Considering the reasons stated in para Nos. 3 to 5 of the application, the delay deserves to be condoned. 5.
