I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently submitted as to how respondent No.5 by playing fraud submitted his nomination and now contesting the election on the basis of the said nomination.

In terms of the election programme, the voting is now scheduled on 21.03.2021.

In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file election petition, if so desired.
