The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, reference filed by the petitioner is allowed. Then execution is filed in the year 2000. Many times warrants are issued. However, the amount is not paid. The enhancement of amount in one matter is Rs. 28,832/- and in another matter is about Rs. 65,497/-. Interest component is 15% per annum. The amount of interest would be much more than the amount awarded by the Reference Court. It would not be in the interest of respondent to delay the payment.

In case, the award of the Reference Court is in favour of the petitioner and still holds the field and there is no stay to it and

2 wp 7806.21 there is no other impediment to pay the amount, then the respondent shall pay the amount to the petitioner as per award of the reference Court expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
