By the present petition, petitioner - plaintiff has challenged the order dated 11.01.2022 passed by Adhoc District Judge-2, Kandhar thereby allowing appeal filed by defendant and setting aside the order dated 08.01.2021 passed by trial Court granting temporary injunction in favour of plaintiff restraining defendants from alienating the suit property till final decision of the suit.

Mr. U.B. Bilolikar, the learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent - defendant is not intending to alienate the property as of now. Therefore without going into the merits of the order dated 11.01.2022, the statement made by Mr. Bilolikar is recorded.

In the event respondent - defendant is desires of alienating the suit property, she shall apply to the trial Court for seeking permission for doing so.

The trial Court is requested to expedite the suit and to make an endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today. 4.

Both the parties to co-operate with the trial Court for early disposal of the suit.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
