The learned counsel for petitioners states that, he is challenging the proceedings arising out of a private complaint. 2.

Exhibit - B to the memo of this petition shows that cognizance of that complaint is taken and summons is issued. Therefore, the petitioners will have to challenge that order in appropriate proceedings.

The learned counsel for petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy. Permission is granted. The criminal writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to pursue appropriate remedy available in law, which will have to be dealt with in accordance with law.
