Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 09.08.2023 passed in Civil Application 11691/2022 i.e. for condonation of delay, whereby its registration has been refused, since the applicant could not supply the spare copies. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. However, considering the delay of 188 days, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to

(2) 908 CA 3406-24.odt payment of cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocates' Association of High Court Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
