1) During speaking to the minutes, learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out a mistake in the order dated 18th April 2015. He submitted that in stead of Additional Commissioner of Police it should be the Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Aurangabad. 2) In the order dated 18th April 2015 in stead of Additional Commissioner of Police it shall be read as the

2 Cr WP 406 of 2015 Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. In view of the aforesaid mistake five more days is given for deciding the matter. Corrected writ be issued accordingly. The motion stands disposed of.
