Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Notice was issued to the respondents. Learned APP appears for the respondent - State. As regards respondent no.2/informant, the report dated 13.09.2004, received from the Court of Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Karjat, Dist. Ahmednagar, shows that notice was sent to the concerned police station for service. The report of the concerned police station dated 12.09.2024 addressed to the concerned Magistrate shows that respondent no.2 was not residing on the given address and therefore, the notice was forwarded on his cellphone nos.7057668773 and

37-sr938 9527734135 through Whatsapp. A copy of the said report is placed on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, we condone the delay and dispose of the application.
