CORAM : SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.

DATE : 4th APRIL 2025 PER COURT :

.

There is a delay of about 1045 days in each appeal. Learned AGP submits that the delay is unintentional and deserves to be condoned. The applicants have even shown their bona-fides by depositing the awarded amount in this Court. In few of the matters even the claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount. 2.

I have gone through the reasons mentioned in the applications for condonation of delay. Those are not disputed by the respondents as the applicants have deposited the awarded amount and few of the claimants are permitted even to withdraw the same, I find it fit to condone the delay.

3.

Civil Applications are allowed and the delay of 1045 days in preferring first appeals is condoned.

4.

Office is directed to register first appeals. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.] vsj..
