ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents No. 1, 2 and 4. Mrs. Vaishali S. Chaudhari, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No. 3. 2.

After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, we pass the following order.

ORDER

Respondent No. 4 shall issue the attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner within one week. The petitioner shall, within one week on receipt of the tribe certificate,

2 Sr921WP3269.2018 file an application along with the attested tribe certificate to the SubDivisional Officer, Degloor. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor, upon receiving the attested copy of the tribe certificate and the application, shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within one week. The petitioner shall, on receipt of corrected tribe certificate, submit the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee within one week. The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding within six months on receipt of the corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondents No. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting the study in the next year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondents No. 2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 3.
