The applicant was permitted to withdraw an amount to the extent of 50% out of the amount deposited by the Respondents in this Court, on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

The applicant contends that he is facing difficulty in securing security, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the amount by furnishing bank guarantee of Nationalised Bank or Scheduled Bank.

The order passed by this Court on 10.10.2014 in Civil Application No.10008 of 2014 is modified and the applicant

{2} ca458915.odt is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount out of the total amount deposited by the Respondents in this Court on furnishing bank guarantee of any Nationalised Bank or Scheduled Bank. Civil Application is disposed of.
