For the reasons stated in the application and hardship caused to the applicant and non-payment of maintenance, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads thus : "B.

The H.M.P. No.87 of 2013 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division Barshi, District Solapur may kindly be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad for that purpose issue necessary order." ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
