The appellant-original claimant injured has filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation alongwith delay condonation application. The appellant with his advocate and the learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company are present.

The appellant and respondent-Insurance Company have settled the matter and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the appellant by filing pursis which is marked "X" for identification. 3.

The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to deposit amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in M.A.C.T., Aurangabad

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant. 6.
