Learned A.G.P. submits that vigilance is completed. The respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18th April, 2018 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

The respondents shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondent-employer may take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
