Mr.Kolhare, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.Godbole, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submit that the parties have
arrived at compromise and the appellant has accepted the judgment delivered by the School Tribunal, Aurangabad and confirmed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.
The said terms of settlement are verified by the Registrar (Judicial). The said terms of compromise are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
Mr.Kolhare, learned counsel submits that as per terms of compromise more particuarly, para 1, the appellant is withdrawing the appeal.

In light of the above, the Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
In view of withdrawal of appeal, the Civil Applications also stand disposed of.
