This matter was not on today's daily cause list. The learned Advocate for the petitioners expressed an urgency and hence, this petition is taken on the production board.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioners, the learned A.G.P. and the learned Advocate on behalf of the Zilla Parishad.

The petitioners desire that their representation, signed by them, dated 25/09/2019, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, be considered on it's own merits.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that, the seniority of all the employees has been settled by following the due process of law and the petitioners were also heard. They participated in the counseling session and thereafter, the seniority has been finalized. The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are not assailing the seniority list.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 6.

We expect respondent No.2, to consider the representation, dated 25/09/2019 at page 26 of the petition paper book, on it's own merits and in accordance with the law and the policy applicable.

7.

We expect this exercise to be concluded, on or before 30/08/2022.
