Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents.

These applications are for condonation of delay of 2336 days caused in filing the appeal/s respectively. 4.
The applicants are persons whose lands came to be acquired by the respondents. The appeal is for enhancement in
the amount of compensation. Though the reasons given in the applications are not convincing.
5.
This Court is inclined to allow the applications only for the reason that the Claimants have lost their land/s in acquisition proceedings subject to cost. Hence the following order :
ORDER
a) The applications stand allowed subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) in the office Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Auragabad, within six weeks from today.
b) It is also made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled to receive interest on enhanced amount for delayed period.
