By this application, the applicant prays for permission to bring on record L.Rs. of respondent no.5, who died on 29.8.2023.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in application from paragraph nos.2 to 5, case is made out to condone the delay and permit the applicants to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.5 Alka Sudhakar Shelar. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'D' and stands disposed of.
