Heard both the sides. This application is filed by the original claimants for condoning delay of 310 days caused in filing the first appeal, which is filed for enhancement of compensation.

Considering that the appellants are the original claimants, their land is acquired and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 310 days is condoned. Application is allowed. Office to register the appeal. Application is disposed of. Needless to say that in case appeal is allowed, the claimants/appellants shall not claim interest on enhanced amount for the delay period.
