Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

This petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take decision on the applications tendered by the petitioners for determination of amount of compensation payable to them under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and accordingly they are directed.

3.

Upon determination of the compensation amount, Respondent No.4 shall pay the amount as would be determined by respondent Nos. 1 to 3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months thereafter.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
