Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent No. 3. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2016. The petitioner is admitted in 2nd year B.D.S. course. However, examination forms is not issued on the ground that validity is not submitted. 2.

In case the petitioner is admitted and his admission is not cancelled and the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall not refuse to accept the examination form from the

1089-wp-4830-21 petitioner nor shall withhold the result of the petitioner' s examination. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05th April, 2021. 3.
