Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent-original claimant as well as the respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2.

The learned counsel Shri. R.F. Totala for applicant submits that the entire decretal amount awarded by the learned Tribunal has already been deposited on behalf of the appellant. Hence, he requested to grant the stay.
