Learned counsel for respondent-insurer submits that, there are in all three claimants and out of them, two claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount to the extent of 20% each, and as such, the applicant-third claimant may also be permitted to withdraw 20% of the amount deposited before this Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not disputed this position.

In view of the above, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 20% of the amount alongwith accrued interest thereon on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application accordingly disposed of.
