This is successive bail application filed by applicant. Applicant earlier filed anticipatory bail application no.1941/2023 in this Court. After arguing on merits, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, he withdrew his application on 25.01.2024.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that the change in circumstance is that informant has suo moto appeared before the Sessions Court and has filed pursis thereby giving no objection for grant of bail application. 3.

The Sessions Court has rightly rejected the application observing that all offences committed by applicant are against the State and merely because there is compromise between informant and applicant, he is not entitled for bail. No change in circumstance is brought on record by applicant. 4.

Application being devoid of merit is rejected [ NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI ] JUDGE S.P. Rane
