By this application original petitioner is seeking restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 1158/2022. Perusal of the application shows that there was no intentional Act on the part of the present applicant in not carrying out the amendment as directed by the Court. In view of the conditional order passed by the Court the petition came to be dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application. 3.

There is nothing on record to indicate that there was any motive of the applicant is not carrying out the amendment in time. Admittedly, both parties are referred for mediation. Thus, the possibility of settlement between them cannot be also ruled out. Hence in this 66.cra1070.23.odt

circumstances, application is allowed. Criminal Writ Petition No. 1158 of 2022 is restored.
