Mr.Kadethankar, the learned Advocate for the respondents submits that in view of the Maharashtra Village Pancyayat Act and Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Pancyahat Samitis (amendment) Act, 2020, the petitioner is protected and would be in a position to file his nomination without validity certificate if the proposal is already submitted for validation.
