Applicants undertakes to remove office objections within a period of eight weeks, and seeks condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of writ petition. 2.

In view of the same, civil application stands granted. Consequently, clause no. 3 of order dated 26-11-2015 to the extent it denotes dismissal of writ petition without further reference to the court, for want of removal of office objections, stands recalled on the condition of removal of office objections within a period of eight weeks from today.

In case of non removal of office objections within stipulated period , order dated 26-11-2015, indicating dismissal of writ petition without further reference to the court would stand revived and present application seeking condonation of delay in preferring application for restoration of writ petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the court. 4.

With aforesaid, civil application stands disposed of. 5.

Stand over to 10-06-2016.
