Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2.

As per the order dated 28.02.2023, the applicant was to deposit or clear entire arrears of the maintenance amount within two months. He was supposed to deposit first installment on or before 10 March 2023 and second installment was to be paid on or before 10 April 2023. The applicant utterly failed to comply with the directions issued while granting him stay to the order. The said order was conditional that if he would fail to deposit money by the next date, stay order shall stand automatically vacated.

63-CrAn-1066-23.odt Hence, nothing remained to be heard on this point again. Since the applicant failed to comply with the directions, needless to state that the order granting stay has been automatically vacated. 3.

The application seeking extension of time has been dismissed as there is no satisfactory reason. 4.
