This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the revision petitioner/landlord Kantadevi who died on 16th April, 2021. In view of the direction of the Supreme Court extending period of limitation in view of the pendamic, apparently the application is in time. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondent submits that the fact of her death and necessity to bring on record LRs was brought to the notice of other side Advocate and he has objection and

(2) ca5498.22 therefore the application being time barred, it may be rejected.

When it is a matter of limitation which has been extended by the order of the Supreme Court, the question of knowledge of bringing on record the LRs is inconsequential. The application is in time. It is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks i.e. 25-04-2022. After such amendment is carried out list the petition for final disposal on 23rd June, 2022.
