O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellant-original claimant has filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellant with his counsel and officer of Insurance Company with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

The appellant and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for identification. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 2,50,000/- including interest and cost to the appellant towards full and final settlement as mentioned in the compromise. Appellant has agreed to the same. Respondent-Insurance Company has also agreed to deposit

fa3071.19 -2additional compensation within six weeks from the date of receipt of modified award.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant. 5.
