It was submitted by Mr. Deshpande, that the matter is admitted and was kept for final hearing on 17th January 2019. However, it could not be listed. They basically prayed for final hearing. However, this Court is hearing the matter of 1988 - 1989 onwards and, therefore, it is not possible to take the second appeal of 2014 for final hearing.

It was then submitted by the learned Advocate for the appellant, that the interim relief was granted earlier till 17th January 2019 only. It may be continued.

Since the matter has been admitted, that interim relief deserves to be continued. Hence, it is continued till the final hearing and disposal of the Second Appeal.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
