The applicant/petitioner prays for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 14/03/2016, by which registration was refused to the writ petition for non removal of office objections. 2.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. All office objections shall be removed on or before 30/08/2018, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar dated 14/03/2016 shall stand restored.
