The learned AGP submits on instructions from Mrs. Namrata D. Chate, Sub Divisional Officer, Parli-Vaijnath, who is present in the Court, that the proceedings under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 would be decided within two weeks from today. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that his rights flowing under the Act be kept open since the proceeding under section 28-A was lodged on 7th March, 2008.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

The respondents would ensure that the pending proceedings are decided by pronouncing order on or before 8th September, 2022.

Needless to state that all contentions of the parties are kept open and their rights under the provisions of law would naturally be available.
