Though the petitioner has been challenging the order of the respondent no. 2-Education Officer (Secondary), dated 19.12.2022, refusing to grant approval to her appointment as a Librarian, in the affidavit in reply in paragraph no. 6, the Education Officer (Secondary)-respondent no. 2, has clearly expressed that he is ready to reconsider the proposal on its own merits and in accordance with the rules and policy of the government. 3.

In view of such a stand being taken by the respondent no. 2-Education Officer (Secondary), we dispose of the writ petition by directing him to decide the fresh proposal, stated to be submitted by the Management on 02.08.2024, on its own merits, as early as possible, and in any case within six weeks from today.
