Permission is granted to withdraw fifty per cent amount out of the deposited compensation amount, subject to filing of written undertaking before Labour Court, Dhule, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, that the applicants shall redeposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by

ca4603.17 this Court. The Labour Court, Dhule shall transmit the undertaking to this Court in First Appeal No. 499 of 2017.
