The learned senior advocate Mr. Hon for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, fairly submits that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall add the present petitioners as parties in the Revision before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur in Revision Petition No. 85/2024. He further prays that the revisional authority be directed to decide the revision within stipulated period.

The learned advocate Mr. Anand Patil for the petitioners graciously accepts this proposal.

In view of the same, the writ petition stands allowed.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to add the petitioners as parties within two (02) weeks from today before the revisional authority. The revisional authority shall hear the parties and pass necessary orders as early as possible and preferably before 30.06.2025.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
