Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This Court by order dated 17.6.2016, in the connected appeals permitted the applicants to withdraw the compensation amount on certain conditions. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent-acquiring body has not disputed this position.

In view of the above, following order is passed. aaa/-

O R D E R

1.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicants are required to deposit the amount, they would deposit the same within one month.

II.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent security of the said amount.

III.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing bank guarantee of the said amount.

IV.

Office to issue two separate cheques i.e. one is in favour of the Legal representatives of of applicant no.1 and another is in favour of applicant no.2.

V.

Civil application is accordingly disposed of. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) ...
