The petitioner undertakes to deposit 50% of the amount out of the total amount recoverable by the Bank within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to deposit of amount, Respondent-Bank is directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner shall have liberty to avail of alternate remedies available in law.

In view of the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
