The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 435 days caused in filing first appeal.

The learned Advocate for applicant submits that the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1A are already brought on record and he would file pursis to that effect. He further submits that the respondent No.1A deceased wife of the original claimant Namdeo Kishanrao Humbe and others are the children of Namdeo. He submits that in view of the same, all the legal heirs are already brought on record. 3.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, more particularly administrative reasons, the application is allowed and delay of 435 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.
