Heard the learned counsel for the appellants along with applications for condonation of delay. The learned counsel submits that the claimants are the poor agriculturists and that their lands are compulsorily acquired and they do not have any independent source on income. The learned counsel further submits that the delay be condoned subject to the condition that they would waive interest for the delayed period.

In view of the submissions made, delay is condoned. The civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of, subject to the condition that the appellants would not claim any interest for the delayed period.
