The learned Counsel for the applicants contended that, the claimants are trying hard to get executed the Award passed against the applicants. In the circumstances, the learned Counsel has prayed for ad-interim protection. 4.

After having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel and on going through the impugned Judgment as well as the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The execution of the Award impugned in the present appeal shall stand stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the
