The present application is filed for restoration of the writ petition as the registration was refused by order dated 10.02.2020 by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The order was conditional order for removal of objections. Since no objections were removed in the stipulated period, the writ petition was refused. While filing this application there is delay of 23 days.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) as the objection is only as regards filing of a certified copy.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that, he has already placed on record a certified copy. It is filed in the office. 4.

If the certified copy is already filed in the office, then the matter stands restored to its original status.
