Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation made by him on 17.02.2025. 2.

It appears that already on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 6, affidavit has been filed by Mr. Namdeo Ramchandra Patil, Tahsildar, Tq. Rahuri, Dist. Ahilyanagar and by specific statement, it is stated that the representation was then forwarded to respondent No. 1 and respondent No. 1 by order dated 22.05.2025, had refused the extension of time to be given for the excavation of sand which was the outcome of guidelines sought by respondent No. 2 that means the representation of the petitioner has already been decided. In view of the same, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition. He would be at liberty to take any legal action if there is remedy. 3.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
