The learned counsel for the petitioners states that, the petitioners have made an application/representation to the respondent No. 3 for correction of caste in the school record, however, the respondent No. 3 has not considered the said representation, not decided it.

Notice is issued to the respondent No. 3, though the notice is served none appears for the respondent No. 3. 3.

Considering the fact that, the petitioners only seek direction against the respondent No. 3 to consider the

The respondent No. 3 shall consider the representation given by the petitioners (Exhibit - C) on its own merits in accordance with law considering all the relevant aspects of the matter expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. The petitioners are at liberty to represent themselves before the Education Officer. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
