This Petition is filed aggrieved by refusal of the concerned Police Inspector to register the F.I.R.

In fact, in case of such refusal, there is remedy provided under Section 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the aggrieved person to approach the Superintendent of Police for redressal of his grievance.

The counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of this Petition, already the Petitioner has filed the application to the Superintendent of Police, Nanded on 11th April 2015. In the circumstances, we direct the Superintendent of Police, Nanded to decide said application of the Petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from receiving copy of this order.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for the State undertakes to communicate this order to the concerned authority, forthwith.

Writ Petition stands disposed of, on above terms.
