This Public Interest Litigation is filed on 09-04-2012. For the first time, it was listed before the Court on 29-01-2014, on which date, it was adjourned to 05-02-2014. Matter was listed on 06-02-2014, on which date, it was adjourned for 17-02-2014. On 17-02-2014 matter was adjourned for 03-03-2014. After that matter is listed today.

From the facts on record, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Even otherwise, in our view, it would not be proper for this Court to examine the grievance made by the petitioner, after lapse of eight years. Hence Public Interest Litigation is dismissed. No costs.
