We have perused the judgment delivered by this Court dated 13th March, 2020 in Writ Petition No. 14702 of 2019 and connected matters, at Aurangabad. We have also perused the order dated 26th February, 2021 passed in Review Application (Civil) (ST) No. 12811 of 2020 in Writ Petition No. 14702 of 2019.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the representations dated 9th March, 2021, 21st March, 2021 and 3rd April, 2021, are pending and Respondent No.2 be called upon to decide the said representations.

The learned DSGI submits that reasonable time may be granted to Respondent No.2 to deal with the representations of the 53.wp3383.24.odt

Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the representations of the Petitioner within a period of 90 days in accordance with the policies applicable and thereafter, convey the decision arrived at, to the Petitioner within 15 days thereafter.
