The applicant Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.94 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for granting approval for issuing E-Tender process in prescribed manner for appointing outsourcing agency cleaning, plumbing and electricity, Housekeeping etc. of Sai Ashram Bhakta Niwas, Sai Dharmashala and Dwaravati Bhakta Niwas for the year 2023-2024." 2.

We have perused the averments in the application and the provisions cited. We have also noted that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar has signed and approved Resolution khs/March 2023/3680

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
